Charming and comfortable, newly renovated home in the Chesnut Hills Community, minutes from downtown Highlands. Open floor plan with spacious living spaces and bedrooms. Bright natural light fills the space from the nearly floor to ceiling windows. Three bedrooms, each with television, 2 bathrooms. Modern kitchen with everything imaginable to prepare delicious meals. Plenty of dining space with a comfy breakfast nook or large dining room table. Great Wi-Fi if you need to work during your stay. Expansive Deck with comfortable seating and fire table for that after dinner glass of wine.

GREAT RENTAL in Highlands, NC

This home is a wonderful rental for friends, or a family, in a very quiet neighborhood that is very convenient to Highlands. Extremely clean, great attention to detail and very comfortable. Very large master (a child could sleep in the master closet if needed to) with a lovely double sink vanity bathroom. The front porch is covered for sitting outside if raining, and the outdoor deck is fun and very comfortable for relaxing by the propane fire pit with a view of the mountains in the background. Would definitely rent this home again.
