"Overall: very nice luxury condo style rental if you can avoid South Lamar Blvd side of the place. Cons: - the rooms on S Lamar Blvd side have ALOT of road noise... be sure to request pool view or at least something off the blvd side unless you love city traffic. - no gym facilities and pool closes kinda early - still some work going on as they update rooms, etc - parking is overpriced but hey, it's a city I guess Pros - extremely well appointed rooms... you're basically renting a luxury condo - staff was incredibly friendly and helpful - convenient location with bunch of good eating options nearby and a quick 10 min drive to the prime downtown area - the pool is not huge but very cool and there's even a propane grill out there to BBQ if you wanted to"

"I love this hotel! It was clean, and beds were so comfortable! Pillows were regular size and so nice, (not the square dinky pillows hotels are using now. Staff was great! Valet was great! The pool was fantastic in the area was so much fun that you could walk everywhere. We'll stay there every time we come down to Austin."

"Our biggest beef was with the pet policy. We paid extra for our dog and signed the pet agreement which included a dog bed, dog treats and dog bowl. We never received any of the above nor did they put the sign on the door stated in their own agreement notifying their staff a dog was staying within the room."
