Hotel Tropicana - Near Olas Altas Street

"Ive been vacationing for several years at the Tropicana. I really enjoy the amenities offered at the Hotel. They have 2 pools, restaurant, plenty of clean bathrooms while your downstairs and no need to go to your room, a big lobby area where you can feel the breeze blowing through. I will always stay here. "

"Only 2 issues. They only provide 2 bath towels but we were 2 adults 1 child. There were a lot of roaches. I let the staff know and they advised me to keep windows shut and took care of the problem immediately. The staff was so awesome the food was amazing. Even the guest were amazing. I had the best stay ever. It’s the perfect location and affordable and so many things right outside the hotel to see do shop etc. "

"Always a pleasure to stay here. Great service. The rooms are nice. Very helpful staff at getting taxis, local information on the area rooms are clean. They're air-conditioned great rates. Small gym with a elliptical and a exercise bike and weights. We had a corner room with a small balcony from our room when you looked out you could look down towards the main cathedral and square"

"The hotel is very nice and the staff is super friendly. My only disappointment was that we asked to be placed in a room with ocean view but ended up in a first level room with no view. Aside from that, the hotel is wonderful, the room was very comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. "
