"Everything was outstanding. My thermostat unit turned off and never came back on but I didn’t tell the staff. The DJ at the pool could turn down the volume a tad. Otherwise the food was excellent, thd bed comfortable, and the shower in my bathroom was outstanding. It was a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city. It’s very close to the beach and the main city area."

"Enjoyed my stay at Grand Venetian condo in PV in April. The condo was described as listed in VRBO and the amenities of the property were outstanding. There were a couple of issues that were resolved very quickly by the condo owner and she was very responsive to any inquiries. I would like to come back and visit PV in the near future and hope to rent this condo if it is available. I would strongly recommend this property for its value and location."

"We were pleasantly surprised by this resort. Hospitable, but not in your face, helpful when asked. The serving staff in the restaurants seemed to not understand good service gains better tips, we just started tipping in the beginning of the meal and things rolled smoother. Aside from that, the food was 100% good, and authentic as we have come to expect from Puerto Vallarta, the view was very impressive, and the proximity to everything was very good. I would stay here again, maybe brush up on my Spanish though as it is popular with locals as well."
