"Grand is a very apt name for the hotel, all areas immaculate with spacious high cieling rooms and attentive staff. The only area lacking was breakfast, my Hash Brown benedict had very dried bacon, overcooked egg and you could tell the sauce had been left exposed on the hot plate too long. I'd therefore give 9.5/10 overall. "

"Enjoyed our stay here whilst visiting family in Birmingham. Parking was easy and free. Room was very spacious with ample sleeping space. No irons in the rooms however there was an ironing room with a an iron and ironing board. Trouser presses are installed in the rooms. Overall we enjoyed our stay, check-in and out was effortless. Will definitely consider again. "
