"Space was large, comfortable, and reasonably convenient. We could easily walk to restaurants and down to the river trail. The beds were comfy and the showers had pretty good water pressure. The floors have spots that are uneven; this is common in refurbished older houses but all of us tripped at least once. "

Some highlights included: two refrigerators, comfy beds, couch was big enough for adults to sleep on if needed, stocked with coffee, walking distance to lots of restaurants, many extra towels and linens, nice hot water, and definitely the rooftop deck. "Great place close to downtown, in a nice quiet hilly neighborhood across the river. 15 steps or so to front door and a flight up to bed and bath, so you need to be able to manage them. Beds were comfy and everything clean and shiny!! Enjoyed our stay! "
