"Difficulty getting to the right outside door to find my room, staff not knowledgeable sending me to doors that would not let in to rooms assigned. Caused a lot of discomfort having to go to the wrong doors!"

"We had a pleasant stay at the Hilton Columbus Downtown. The location is excellent, in a very nice and convenient area, and the hotel itself is quite large with great amenities. While the property does feel a bit dated in some areas, and the shower had a small leak that caused some minor flooding, it didn’t take away too much from the overall experience. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. Overall, a good option if you’re looking for space, location, and solid service."
