"Had a room with 2 queen beds. Room was very large. Very good hot breakfast. Unfortunately the pool was very cold. My grandchildren could not swim. Hot tub was also only lukewarm. Disappointed. Requested an extra pillow. Was told here were no extras."

"No working pool or hot tub. Front door broken,
Smelly. Only pillows on bed had shams on them when i asked for pillows to sleep on i was handed pillow cases. Mud/ spackle not cleaned up in bathroom. Broken window blinds.... need i say more. Didnt expect fancy but not this either..."
