This is a great property and the host is easy to work with… I had to change my reservation a week before my stay and the host was happy to change my reservation. The house itself is clean with lots of amenities. I was close to everything. I will definitely stay again!

A couple different ways to look at this….relative to rural Kansas…it’s ok, serves a need. Relative to world at large. It’s not great.
Maintenance is poor. Missing parts flapping in the wind, loose floorboards in the unit (#15).
Property is in what looks like an abandoned mobile home park. Industrial feel.
Dirty bathroom mold
When these a/c units run they vibrate the wall that is your head board.

Needed a small place for my sister and I to share while we were in town visiting family. This space worked perfectly for us. The rooms were clean, basic necessities covered and felt save. Only suggestions I have is it would have been nice if there were stepping stone leading to the entrance as well as some solar outdoor lighting. It was rainy and dark when we arrived and that would have been super helpful. Otherwise, great convenient place that I wouldn't hesitate booking again if needed in the future.
