"Hotel was excellent. Perfect location for seeing Nashville and conveniently located very centrally between both the Gulch and Broadway. Our experience was only slightly affected by the lower than expected quality of the cleaning services. Our rooms were not cleaned well and we had to ask for toilet paper on several occasions as it was not actively replenished. "Walkability to downtown was convenient. Shops nearby. Staff was accessible and pleasant. On the negative side...try not to get a room on the 3rd floor next to the gym...all you're going to hear is dropped weights."
