"I stayed at Saddlebrook Resort from May 27th to May 30th my experience was extremely disappointing. My first room (147) had live and dead insects, a dirty bathtub, and sticky carpet. I was so upset I told the front desk I planned to post the photos online, but *Samantha* handled the situation professionally, talked me down, and assured me the issues would be addressed and I would be compensated. I was moved to Room 301, which also had insects and spiders. A bellman removed them and checked the room. The room was next to the laundry and ice area, causing constant banging, loud conversations, and nonstop noise. The ice room itself looked as filthy as a gas‑station bathroom completely unacceptable for a resort claiming major renovations. Service issues continued. Valet ignored me, and I waited over an hour for pickup while golfers who weren’t even staying at the resort were prioritized. I was promised a $100 dinner credit that I never received. Breakfast wasn’t any better; I found ants on the dining table. Management was almost nonexistent. The manager briefly walked past me, asked if things were okay, and kept going. The assistant manager offered no help at all. The only positive part of my stay was the staff who actually cared: Samantha, Heaven, Donna at the GOAT Bar, Lynn in the dining room, the bellman who helped with the spiders, and the friendly grounds crew. Their professionalism was the only pleasantry. The resort failed to meet basic cleanliness, management standards!"

"Beautifully recently updated/rebuilt home in a quiet neighborhood in Wesley Chapel/Zephyrhills area. All fresh bathrooms with nice new tile work and fixtures. New flooring throughout home as well as fresh paint inside and out.We enjoyed a great cooks kitchen well stocked with essentials. Huge washer and dryer, all appliance new and top grade.Large yard with new concert patio and table and chairs for dining outside. Gas grill an added feature.Easy day at the beach with about and hour drive to Honeymoon State Park or Tarpon Springs area. Several public golf courses near by and driving ranges.Close to Outlet Mall if you are interested in shopping.Enjoyed being able to spend time together and spread out in the living room area that opens to kitchen and dining. Very comfortable to hang out and connect."

"Our stay at this luxury resort in Thonotosassa was great. The host, Tom, was very accommodating and accepted my request for an early check-in, which was much appreciated. We had a large family gathering with relatives visiting from both out of state and locally, and Tom’s place was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for hosting everyone together. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The kids enjoyed the pool, and everyone enjoyed the game room. We truly appreciated Tom’s hospitality and would definitely recommend this property for large groups or family getaways."

"The place was just advertised, the hose did an amazing job communicating before during and after the stay. Full kitchen and laundry. The place was very clean, quaint and cute, and it was a pleasure to stay there. It was about 15 minutes away from Mirada Lagoon. Would definitely recommend, and would say again."
