"The room was clean. However, one of the duvets was really lumpy! It never should have been used. There were no facecloths or hand towels. Someone was using a drill at 11:50 pm on the floor I was on."

"The shuttle to and from the airport went perfect. Staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good too. Included made omelets, which were plain or with cheese, and quite good. Sausages and potatoes. Fruit, cereal, porridge, pancakes, waffles, and coffee. Very nice. I hope to remember to use this plade in the future"

"Breakfast menu was terrible, staff are grumpy and not professional, pool was smelly and hot tub bubbles not working"

"The heat in my room was at 26 the whole time and could not be turned down. I advised the staff and they came to the room 3 times and couldnt fix it. I booked the room with the hot tub. They helpdesk agent informed me that the manager would come and check my room and probably change me rooms. At midnight my room was so uncomfortable and hot it woke me up and I had to go dowstairs to complain againg. They finally change me room and I had to move everything into another room in the middle of the night. I got a standard room with no hot tub like I paid for. Very dissapointed. The next morning the same staff member was at the lobby. I advised him I was never helped like he had promised me the night before. He apologized and said his shift was over and the next person never followed up on my problem."
