One really feels the simple charm of the early days—lots of natural light and original materials. Nothing is false or imitation. In the same way, the property managers looked after and respectfully tended to any needs that I had—quickly and efficiently. This lovely studio apartment is a most excellent value and would definitely return!"

"I stayed here 4 nights while visiting family. The location is great, you can see the State Capital Dome from the front yard. There is a nice Keurig style coffee pot with some complimentary pods and some snacks that were nice. It has a fullsized kitchen with some appliances and dishware but very basic which was fine as I didn't do much cooking. The TV worked fine with my Netflix subscription. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was so cute, very authentic for the age of the building. The couch...

"The quirky steam punk decor was a delight. The street was VERY quiet and parking out front was easy. Jay stopped by because the emails were not going thru. Mandy and Jay were wonderful hosts and were available if needed. The home was cozy. The bedding was nice and beds very comfortable. The internet worked quite well, too. Would definitely stay here again. Cleanliness is my highest priority and this home met my picky standards. Thanks again, Mandy and Jay"
