  • Stay in Hilo Lagoon Centre Unit 701 for a cosmopolitan vibe in the heart of Hilo, Hawaii. Walk to our quaint downtown restaurants, shops, and ocean parks! With outstanding views of mountains and the ocean from the condo, you'll never forget you're in one of the best towns in Hawaii. Enjoy any of the three balconies in our condo with a bird's eye view of town. The condo has two bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom. The central kitchen and living room separates the bedrooms for privacy. Four barstools offer easy seating and our fully stocked kitchen is convenient for cooking. The main bedroom boasts a California King bed, dresser, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two XL Twin beds, dresser, closet and ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower. The living room is very comfortable with a couch and two arm chairs for enjoying the entertainment of streaming TV and WiFi service.

    Air Conditioning is central through three handlers to control temperature in three zones (main area, main bedroom, second bedroom).

    The condo building has an outdoor swimming pool that you are invited to use during your stay. Guests agree to follow Hilo Lagoon Centre Pool Rules, Mahalo!

    There is a common laundry room on the floor for your use. Please note the laundry machines are coin operated and require quarters.

    ONE parking space is included for the duration of your stay with us.

The condo is OK. Wonderful view of the City and partial view of the Lagoon. The balconies are not accessible. It is locked and therefore you need 24 hr AC, no fresh air. The building is a little old and the common areas needs some updating. Hallway is very dark 24/7. The unit is OK clean. The sheets seem to smell a little because it is moisty. The towels in the bathroom are tiny. Their bath towels are all small sizes like 24 X 36, not standard size bath towels. There are too many odd shape mirrors in the master bedrooms that makes it uncomfortable and not enough lights. Just 2 table lamps, no recessed light and many corners of the room are dark. One lamp's bulb is out. There is a booklet in the condo that explains the Wifi and the many amenities in the unit which is very helpful. The host is not helpful. We asked them and they never respond. Location is very good and close to everything. It is Ok for the price. The 2 bedrooms are good size and separate bathrooms are good.

The unit was very clean, comfortable and the views were beautiful! The kitchen is small but had all essential items. The restaurant downstairs was awesome! The park behind the unit is beautiful! Love the pond. It’s very close to downtown but not really a comfortable walking distance. Directions for check in were great.

Perfect in town location

We came to visit family and wanted an air conditioned space in the downtown area. This location was perfect, close to everything and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come to visit. Property management was very responsive to any questions I had.

A great place in Hilo

Clean, comfortable, and has pretty much all you’d need. We spent 3 nights checking out Hilo and this worked well. It felt safe and clean, and a good location.

Perfect stay!

Very comfortable and centrally located accommodations. The beds were comfy, kitchen, however small, was stocked with everything you need. The place was clean. Enjoyed it very much and would stay there again if we ever go back to Hilo.

Lovely apartment in Hilo

This property is a very lovely, bright, comfortable place in Hilo, conveniently located, in a quiet building. The apartment served as our home base as we visited the east side of the island.On clear days great view of volcanos. Highly recommend.

Great Stay in Hilo

The condo was clean and as described. We were contacted by the host before check in and had no problems getting checked in or with the stay. We weren't doing any cooking during our stay, but the kitchen is very small if you plan to cook.

Central Location

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo is centrally located and it’s easy to access downtown Hilo as well as grocery stores. The building itself is very dated but the condo is updated. We did not use the pool so I cannot speak to that, but I would consider staying here again.

Great Stay in Hilo!

We enjoyed staying at this property to visit Hilo. It’s a very convenient location (walkable to downtown but we also drove in a few times). Parking was convenient. The pool area is very secure and a nice benefit. We loved watching the planes coming in from the amazing master bedroom windows. Check in/out was a breeze. I would definitely recommend.
