Inviting Palmetto Dunes condo w/ pool, private W/D & deck near beach & golf

The 1,500 sq.ft. open floor plan and 300 sq.ft. deck are perfect for relaxing while on vacation. This exceptionally clean villa contains everything you'll need while away from home: washer/dryer, wireless internet, 2 HD TV's, beach toys and much more. All you need to do is pack your clothes!

The master bedroom has a king bed and a love seat that opens into a twin sleeper. The master bath has been remodeled and there are plenty of clean fresh towels available. The second bedroom has two twin beds and connects to the other remodeled bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans for your comfort.

The great room is the perfect place to kick back after a day of activities. Pick a movie from our DVD library and enjoy the big-screen TV, cozy up with a book from our bookshelf or enjoy one of the numerous games/puzzles. Speaking of games, there's even a foosball table available! And when it's bedtime, the sofa in the Great room opens to a queen bed.

The kitchen has also been remodeled and includes a convenient breakfast bar that seats three. Or for those larger meals, use the dining room with seating for six. Porcelain tile throughout the kitchen, foyer, dining room and both baths add a touch of class.

And if you're still working on that tan, step outside onto the large deck with built-in bench, gas grill, table and plenty of seating.

There are five pools in the Queen's Grant for your use and you're only a ten minute walk from the beach. If walking is not your thing, you can bike or use the Free Dunes Buggy shuttle service that will take you anywhere in Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove (April - September).

April trip

It was as advertised. Very clean, absolutely no bugs anywhere, lol. Bikes were available but we didn’t get a chance to ride them this time unfortunately. Unit was very roomy and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Enjoyed it a lot. Spouse took a short early morning walk to the General store each day and the beach was close. Nothing to complain about!

Older home but very roomy. The plastice mattress covers need to be replaced with ones that are softer, less noisy and cover the entire mattress - they made sleeping very uncomfortable. Every move you made sounded like you were on a bag of chips and they nor the sheet stayed in place. Also, could use some black out curtains in the bedrooms. Neighborhood needs better signage and walkways to find pool and beach. High volume of traffic from cars, bikes and people. Way too busy and not a peaceful atmosphere.

Perfect beach get away!

This is a perfect location inside Palmetto Dunes, it is so family friendly with lots to do! Our family of 3 really enjoyed our stay in this condo! Easy beach access you can get to by driving or riding bikes! I would highly recommend to anyone!

Great beach vacation!

This was the perfect spot to stay! A quick walk to the beach and has just about everything you’d need, even tons of kids games to keep everyone busy on a rainy day. Would definitely come back!

Awesome stay!

Very clean and comfortable! Great location with a short walk to the beach. Villa was well equipped with many items including beach toys and chairs. Highly recommend and we are hoping we can stay here next summer!
