"This was a great house for me, my husband, mother, and three kids. We loved how quiet the neighborhood was even during busy spring break times. The owner was very responsive and made our stay so great! The back deck was my favorite part of the house. The only reason I’m not giving this stay five stars is because the stairs were very steep and have a transition strip on each step which is a trip hazard/makes walking up and down more difficult. Other than that, it was amazing!"

"Used the property with my son to attend the RBC Golf classic. Great views from the balcony, easy access to the local beach bar and watched some great golf for my son's birthday."

"We had a very pleasant stay in your condo. The kitchen is very functional, well equipped and the accommodation was very clean. The view is breathtaking and the birdsong is always pleasant to hear. Since we had a long stay, we really appreciated the storage for clothes and our personnal belongings. For remote work, communication was perfect, I had no problems. Have a nice day ! "Very comfortable and well appointed condo. We had everything we needed for 1 week stay. Comfortable bed and sofa, great TV. Nicely furnished and decorated. We didn't realize entry to unit was through the bedroom, but we got used to that. We were surprised that pool was not heated, and it was super cold. As it was early April, that was an issue. Great pickleball courts and friendly group to play with. Nice workout area for rainy day. On site sports bar was fantastic for sports watching and food....

"Very clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. Newer floors and bathroom were very nice. We ate out on the balcony every morning with a great unobstructed view of the ocean. The 2 beach chairs and umbrella that were provided helped save us some money. The 2nd floor was the perfect location - stairs were easy to climb (elevator is available) and the balcony has a top that provides shade (unlike the 3rd floor). We highly recommend this condo for anybody that just needs a 1 bedroom/1 bath. The...

"Good accommodations and location for tennis clinic at VanDerMere in Shipyard. 2nd bedroom had 2 full size beds which was a major factor when choosing this property as we Had a party of 3 women. Good value for The money. Very quiet and beds were comfortable. Also nice shower heads/water Pressure. Host was very responsive."
