"Really enjoyed my stay at the Sonesta in Hilton Head! The hotel felt updated and modern, the adult pool was beautiful, and it was steps from the beach. The bed was also sooo comfortable! Staff was helpful and friendly. Food was good. Location was also great. I rented a bicycle and was able to ride to Coligny Plaza and Shelter Cove Marina easily. Would love to come back. My only feedback: communicate that the key cards stop working at the back gate at a certain time. No one seemed to know this, and I got locked out twice. Thankfully the lovely folks at security let me in :)"

"Clean room bed was comfy larger room just appeared to be updated recently. We only stayed overnight. We checked in late. They did not have availability for a later. Check out. You can hear other conversations in the hallway and other rooms. Nice breakfast and pool area very convenient to the airport and surrounding area"

"I absolutely did not like that this was a time share property and we were roped into sitting through a time share presentation. Also, the property charges a $53 resort fee upon arrival. I must have missed that somewhere, not sure. The resort is getting old, the fridge did not close all the way so we had water every day in the fridge and on the floor, toilet ran constantly. The kids enjoyed the pool and the alligator. Also, there is no pool table as described and/or pictured. Descent stay for a descent price."

"The staff is very nice and helpful the rooms were clean and is very close to the beach restaurants stores and gas station and other things you may need while on vacation."

"The breakfast was hot & different daily. The rooms were clean & the only issue I had was the wifi didn't work in our room the first night. They moved us to a different room the next day, & we didn't have any other issues. The rooms were large & the refrigerators are larger. They hold more food than normal mini fridges. The rooms are set up with small kitchens! I plan to stay here the next time we visit Hilton Head."
