"Overall was a great location, easy beach access, pool area was fantastic. Just about the only improvement we could we was the need for a new stovetop, one burner did not work and the others were spotty on the heat. "

"This was a brand-new home and fit our group of 15 perfectly. From kids to adults, everyone agreed this was a great house with an easy, short walk to the beach. The pool was large, and the surrounding area was great with a large outdoor tv and plenty of outdoor seating/lounging. There were some minor plumbing issues due to being so brand-new, but they were addressed and taken care of immediately by the very responsive property manager. We would definitely stay again at this property and also...

"What a beautiful home with plenty of room for two families (8 people). Easy walking distance to the beach which was perfect even in the middle of winter. Pool and hot tub were excellent!"

"We really enjoyed our first time visiting Hilton Head Island and this older home was a hidden gem surrounded by beautiful beach houses some still being constructed. If you enjoy older homes would definitely recommend place. The views and beach were beautiful and there was shopping and restaurants within fifteen minutes walking distance. The only drawback was the traffic mainly getting there on Saturday but that should be expected. We loved our stay there."

The walk and access to the beach is so easy. We hated to leave. Would stay here again the next time we are in Hilton Head."

"We visited for a wedding and this spot was perfect - although a little chilly in Feb it felt great to walk on the beach with the dogs and enjoy the salt air. The location, backyard landscaping and beach access are the best. The house was very comfortable, clean and lots of options for sitting and sleeping. We would definitely stay here again."
