"All was good "

"The live music is nice but doesn't stop until 10pm so be forewarned. The staff was great. Tiki hut restaurant is so unorganized and chaotic and the food is alright. Drinks are alright. But for the price and location it's really good. I would stay there again just make different food choices."

"Locations good Staff so so It was clean but they never came back to clean in 3 days that we stayed there we were told there was extra charge if we want them to clean And there is not elevator For elderly people is not convenient"

"If you discover that you left any valuables in your room, forget about getting them back from housekeeping. I left several gold earrings in my room in addition to a large (expensive) shampoo bottle and facewash. And somehow nothing was found or turned in to lost and found by housekeeping. I filed a complaint against the hotel with the State of South Carolina for theft."

"Didn’t like that I got there at 1:45 and they wouldn’t let me in a room even though I know many rooms were clean and ready. If a room is ready and someone has been traveling - let them in a room. "

"This Omni didn’t wow me like other hotels around the same price point. You’re really just paying for the beach access and pools, not spectacular facilities and staff. We weren’t given a room until 5pm, so we had to wait around for an hour past check-in time. The Prime restaurant food and staff were terrible, definitely not worth the money. "

"The Check out sign hanging on the wall says check out is at 12:00 so when I was like that’s great the girl at the desk was so rude and said oh that’s wrong it’s definitely 11 but I’m like it says 12 .. she was just rude .. breakfast was supposed to go to 10 got there at 9:45 it was literally all put away . But otherwise nice rooms . Clean"

"The hotel was very nice. Parking was super easy, checking in was easy and the staff was really friendly. The breakfast had a lot of things to choose from which was nice. Our room was very clean. The bathroom was very clean. The only thing they could work on is cleaning up the common areas, the elevator and the breakfast area. "
