"A great beach condo with a balcony overlooking a pond where you can watch the squirrels, birds and an alligator ! Beach is less than 5 minutes away , super easy walk. Great location near shopping, restaurants and things to see. The unit was roomy, comfortable and we were able to have privacy . Very quiet too . "

"This home was very well stocked and the space was excellent for puzzles and games with family (important because it rained for most of our stay). The immediate neighborhood is fairly new (2021) and very nice. We did not love the beach closest to the home and ended up driving further to get to the Atlantic facing side of the island. That said, we have never stayed on the northern end of Hilton Head and it was very convenient for short trips to the outlets, Bluffton, etc. Overall, this was a great place and felt more like being a guest in a home rather than being in a rental. "

"This location has three bedroom villas and was ideal for a family visit. This resort has fewer pools and facilities than other Marriott resorts on HHI and not as walkable. Beaches are great."
