The Barrington Complex offers a large community heated pool, spa, and a beachside pavilion surrounded by lushly landscaped grounds with meandering lagoons. A boardwalk leads from the pool deck to the beach.

** Barrington Court Building exterior maintenance and recoating project is tentatively scheduled to begin in November 15,2025 and extend through March 15, 2026. This will include cleaning, re-caulking, stucco repairs, and repainting of the exterior. Extensive scaffolding will be erected around the building exterior for the duration of the project.
