312 Barrington Court- 3rd Floor Oceanfront!

Enjoy a fabulous vacation in luxurious Barrington Court! This 2-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront villa has an open floor plan with room to socialize throughout the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The living space and patio offer phenomenal ocean views! Take advantage of the perfect outdoor spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the evening!

The Barrington complex has a large community heated* pool, spa, and a beachside pavilion surrounded by landscaped grounds with meandering lagoons. A boardwalk leads from the pool deck to the gorgeous beach. Barrington Court has everything you will need for your next family vacation.

** Barrington Court Building exterior maintenance and recoating project is tentatively scheduled to begin in November 15, 2025 and extend through March 15, 2026. This will include cleaning, re-caulking, stucco repairs, and repainting of the exterior. Extensive scaffolding will be erected around the building exterior for the duration of the project. Please inquire for more details.

**POOL LEAK REPAIR 11/3- 1/31/26. WORK WILL INCLUDE CUTTING INTO THE POOL DECK AND RECOATING AS NEEDED. POOL AREA, GRILL, AND HOT TUB WILL BE CLOSED DURING THIS TIME. DATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
