A king master suite with an adjoining full bathroom with walk-in shower complete this floor.

A few steps down is a media room with a sleeper sofa and a TV. This level also offers two bedrooms: a king bedroom with a private bath and a queen bedroom with a private bath that has a walk-in shower.
