  • I have been coming to the island for years and had always have to pay $200.00 plus a night for a pet friendly villa until I bought one for myself and my adopted fur baby to enjoy. I take my dog to Burke's Beach with plenty of free parking and to state park around the lake under 1.3 miles from the house. Condo is conveniently located between Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks, so you can enjoy the walk with your dog and coffee in the morning. My rental has work station if you need to work from home. There are three TV. My rental comes with three bikes, so you don't necessarily have to rent them. You will feel like home. This property is 1.3 miles from a public beach. There are 3 public beaches near the area. There are also 3 state parks within less than 3 miles. Guests can enjoy seasonal community pool.
