Fully remodeled 2 story, first floor villa with private courtyard located in Hilton Head Beach Club. Reserved parking at your front door makes unloading a breeze. This quiet, private villa is located just one block from the beach, Coligny Plaza and Hilton Heads new Lowcountry Celebration Park. This remodel includes 'driftwood' flooring throughout, new kitchen cabinets, granite counters and all new appliances (full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric range/stove, toaster and coffee maker). You will also find a first floor washer/dryer for your convenience. The spacious master bedroom has a queen size bed, private attached bath and your own balcony overlooking the courtyard. The guest bedroom has twin bunk bed with a separate queen bed to comfortably sleep 4. Enjoy the on-site pool, or beach just one block away. Tennis, biking, shopping and dinning at Coligny Plaza all within a few minutes of the villa. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.

Great location and spot to stay. Clean and perfect for a family or just a couple of people. The location is excellent. Short walk to everything you need. What you see is actually what you get staying here. No surprises and everything is updated. The owners are great and everything was so easy and turnkey. The only small recommendation I would be to upgrade the WiFi. Other than that, it's an awesome place and I look forward to coming back !!!!

We had a wonderful stay! One of the biggest highlights was having plenty of towels and supplies for our family — which is something we’ve found lacking in other rentals. It was such a relief not having to do laundry constantly, which honestly made this feel more relaxing than a hotel stay.The home itself was beautifully updated with thoughtful touches throughout, and the location was absolutely perfect — close to everything we needed but still peaceful and quiet. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families!

My son and I had a great fall golfing trip to HHI!!! The condo was perfect and the location was great!!! It is nice to have the main floor with the kitchen/dining/living rooms, with the bedrooms on the 2nd floor... Hope to be back real soon...

Wonderful place!

My lifelong friend and I went to celebrate 50 years of friendship and had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and spacious. The walk to the beach was a little farther than we expected, but I think that's typical in Hilton Head, there's just very little beach access for most of the properties. I want to return and take my family! Thank you for a great experience.

Great condo and close to beach!

Super clean and nicely decorated with enough room for 4 adults. Very comfortable couches and chair made it perfect for relaxing after golf and beach. Beds were comfortable and bathroom essentials provided. Kitchen was great except refrigerator had no ice maker. Loved being within walking distance to beach and Coligny. We were able to call for free shuttle service when we didn’t want to walk. Great week and nice condo.

Convenient, quiet & well maintained

We used this condo for a 6 week snow bird destination. We arrived in mid Feb and left at the end of March. This condo was in an excellent location. It was about a 5 min walk to the shops at Coligny or to the beach. The condo itself, as advertised , was completely remodeled and very clean. Furniture, including beds were very comfortable. The condo had a nice open layout with plenty of light. Private parking space was right in front of the unit which made it easy for unloading and packing. It has a small but nice area in the back for outdoor use. Also has a very nice pool in close proximity. The pool was not available for use at this time of year but the deck was open. There was no grill but the owner allowed grilling on back patio. We brought a propane table top grill which worked out great. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, pots, pans, etc…Everything provided was adequate for an extended stay. The appliances were on the newer side and all worked well. The TV’s all worked fine and they are smart TV’s. There are no local channels (CBS, ABC, NBC, FOX,etc) nor is there cable or dish. We brought a fire stick loaded with all our personal subscription services for streaming. The lack of local channels was inconvenient at times especially if you like sports. Purchased an antenna but it didn’t work. Host was excellent!! Addressed any issues in a timely manner. Very open communication. Will definitely return. Highly recommend. Thanks for sharing!

Close to the beach

The rental was clean, comfortable, nicely updated, and within walking distance to many restaurants. The best part was its close proximity to the beach. Maybe 5 - 10 minutes away. The owners were easy to contact as well.
