  • New to the vacation rental market for spring 2023, this beautifully updated 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath end Hilton Head Island Club unit offers guests an open-concept floor plan, wraparound decks and brand new furnishings.

    The living area features a comfortable sleeper sofa, Smart TV and access to the deck through sliding doors. The oversized deck comes complete with cushioned patio furniture, a dining area and a swing. Enjoy serene lagoon and landscape views, all while being just steps from the Atlantic Ocean!

    The interior dining area is located off the living room with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The well-equipped kitchen features granite counters, full-size appliances and everything you'll need to prepare a meal for your party.

    The bedroom features a new king size bed, flat screen TV and a renovated private bathroom with a large vanity and a tiled walk-in shower.

    A powder room is located off the main hallway for added convenience.

    The Hilton Head Island Club HOA permits parking for 1 vehicle per unit.
