Great location - recently remodeled unit across the street from the beach path!

Our "home away from home" is the perfect place to get away from it all! It's a short walk to Coligny, the "town center" of Hilton Head. This location provides you with quick and easy access to the beach and numerous restaurants and shops. This South Forest Beach neighborhood gives you the option of walking or biking to the many spots that offer great food and live music. Our villa has two queen bedrooms, a pull out queen sofa, and one and a half baths. The full bathroom includes a jetted tub. It is two stories so it provides privacy and separation, has an open floor plan on the first floor with the adjoining kitchen, dining room and family room. The patio with a brand new grill is an extension of the family room and leads to an open courtyard with an in-ground pool! There is wifi, four TVs and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and washer and dryer units. Provided are beach chairs for your use. Great getaway for all beach lovers!

Perfect Stay!
I would highly recommend this location. It is close to Coligny shopping plaza and Sea Pines and has a beach access right across the street. It also has an assigned parking spot 10 steps from the door. The unit had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I would stay here again for sure!

What a gem!
This place was perfect for our week away. The owners truly thought of everything with notes and troubleshooting if there could be an issue. The beds were super comfortable and everything had a nice touch to it. Can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful Condo
This was a wonderful vacation rental. The beds were comfy, did not use the sofa bed. There were TVs in both bedrooms, and a large screen TV in the living area. Everything looked new and fresh, and the unit was very clean. There were ample dishes and other kitchen essentials. There was a Keurig coffee maker, but after looking around, we found a traditional drip coffee maker that we used. Steps are a little challenging, but that comes from someone with recent knee replacement surgery. The tub was a jacuzzi, but we didn't use that, so unsure how that works. That did give the tub a high step in, but there were support rails to help with entry. The neighborhood was quiet, and we had no noise other that the fire trucks, ambulances, etc. and lots of cicadas. Welcome to the south! Great location. There was a path to the beach right across the street, but we opted to park in handicapped parking at the Coligny entrance to the beach, which had restrooms and places to shower off and change clothes. All in all, it was a great location, nice condo, and very comfortable and roomy for our family of 3.

Fantastic Vacation Rental
This vacation rental was outstanding. We were impressed with how clean it was. The beds were very comfortable, too. The small kitchen allowed us to do light cooking. The beach was just a short walk across the street and behind the building on that side of the road. The pool on the property was well kept as well.
