OCEANFRONT. Our end unit 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is in Building C, unit 227 with direct views of ocean and pool. 250 yards to the beach. Sleeps 4-6 with queen bed, queen sleeper sofa and 2 bunks for children. Unit is on marsh side affording a quieter unit and view of the ocean and marsh. WEEKLY RENTALS 10% DISCOUNT. 3 HD flat screen TVs. (Living room, bedroom, balcony) DVD, WIFI, hairdryer and all linens and towels provided (beach towels are not provided). Fully stocked kitchen. KUREG and coffee maker.4-night required summer rentals. SNOWBIRDS-WINTER MONTHS NOVEMBER, DECEMBER, JANUARY, FEBRUARY DISCOUNT 50%. Ten tennis courts with pro shop, pickle ball courts, oceanfront pool with bar/grille and deck seating, bike rental on property, children's playground, pay per use washers/dryers and other wonderful amenities. It was a busy time for check-in, then all of a sudden our anxiety had vanished… We had found our home away from home. This is one of the finest properties on the island and the host is honestly great. We are so thankful for Susan providing everything needed to relax and connect

This was my first vacation without my husband. It would have been our 38th anniversary. In the past, we had stayed at the resort. This condo being on the end gave more privacy. I loved being able to sit on the balcony and just stare at the ocen. The owner was very kind and stayed in contact whenever I needed something. I hope too go back again.

Great place for our first visit to HHI for the 2 of us. Comfortable condo with everything we needed. Morning coffee on the balcony and watched the sun and wildlife visitors. Walk to beach and quick drive to good restaurants. Host quickly answered any questions. Would visit again.

Loved the location of the room. Close to the best things at Beach and Tennis (pool/beach). Susan the host was more than accommodating for our family. My wife and I visited Hilton Head last week and stayed at Susan's property for the second time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. Susan has been amazingly easy work with during each stay, and as far as I am concerned, the location is hard to beat. We will look at staying there again on our next trip to Hilton Head.

This is a great condo to have a couples get away. It is the perfect location for the pool and the beach. The pool is wonderful and the beach is our favorite to walk and ride our bikes. It is so easy and priced reasonably to rent bikes for the week and ride all over. Susan was so quick to answer any questions and very easy to work with throughout the booking process. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Our stay was fantastic. A small hiccup when we arrived, but Susan responded immediately and it was taken care of with no delay. Which was a huge relief to know if any other issues were to arise, which they didn't, it wouldnt be a problem getting them resolved. Kitchen had everything we needed and more!

Our family loved the area! The condo was clean and just as described. Our kids loved the bunk beds and our teen was comfy on the couch (the pullout couch wasn't really for 2 people so she was glad it was all hers). Having the pool and beach so close made it super convienent with kids who needed breaks from the sun. The condo had a beautiful view of the water. We were even able to use the coin laundry and go home with all clean clothes! The condo was cozy and a little small, but just what this Michigan family of 5 needed for a week away.

What a wonderful stay! View from our balcony of palm trees, the ocean and boats passing by, doesn’t get much better than that. The location of the unit within the resort is one of the best ones we think. The condo had everything we needed for our 9 night stay. I have allergies to dust, so the leather sofa was great and no ‘perfume-y” cleaning products were used. And the condo owner was great to deal with and very responsive. As usual, Hilton Head offered great biking and beach walks.

Very nice condo with an amazing view and unit has been updated nicely. So close to the ocean you can hear the waves crashing. Susan the owner is very nice to work with. The porch has high top tables and chairs which is very important as the railing gets in the way of your view. Not all units have these. Very close to the beach boardwalk.

This property is in a nice location on the island, with easy access to the pool and beach. There were many amenities included that were positive, like a restaurant/bar within walking distance and another restaurant in the main building. The view is oceanfront, but in between is the pool and bar. The unit was as advertised, but the bedroom was a little tight size-wise. If you or any in your party have disabilities it’s tight getting out of bed, for example. And there is an elevator but it’s at the opposite end of the building from the unit. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay very much.

The condo itself was clean ! I knew it didn't have a dishwasher however need to note there is no oven. Messaged agent a few times and she was very responsive. I selected this unit for its location near the pool however the one elevator for the building was at the opposite end of the building. If I was aware of this, I would not have picked this unit. Those stairs to the 2nd floor were a dog to climb several times a day in the heat. I would add the mattress was HORRIBLE. It's almost like it had a dip in the middle. Once you got in the bed you could not move around well at all. The agent offered us an extra night for our troubles, but we left on check out day because we just couldn't take the stairs or the mattress any longer. The unit is super small good for 2 but not any more than that. Unfortunately, due to the elevator location, stairs & mattress we won't rent this one again.

We recently stayed in this unit while in Hilton Head. We have stayed at the complex on two other occasions, this was our third. By far the best feature is the view as mentioned above. It was what we wanted and we were not disappointed. We relaxed out there whenever possible. Cleanliness was a five star and we were pleased. No complaints about the mattress as mentioned in a previous review. Susan was easy to work with and everything mentioned in details of unit were exactly as stated. Ideal two a party of two. The only thing I would like to see is some additional cabinet space for items that were purchased during the week. We did move a few things around in the cupboards to accommodate our needs and it worked for us. For us the stairs became a bit of a chore but there access to an elevator on each floor if needed and then you can walk to the unit. Bottom line is that it was a hit for us !
