  • This villa sits directly on the sand, you simply cannot get closer to the beach anywhere on Hilton Head Island.

    As you enter this single-level villa, you’ll be welcomed by an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. The kitchen features granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals for your family. The kitchen bar seats four, and the adjoining dining area offers seating for six.

    This villa is beautifully decorated with coastal touches and high-end designer brand furnishings throughout, creating an upscale yet relaxed atmosphere.

    The living area has been tastefully updated with new lighting, curtains, and comfortable furniture. The layout is ideal for families or multiple couples, with the primary and guest bedrooms located on opposite sides of the villa for added privacy.

    The primary bedroom includes a king bed, flat-screen TV, en-suite bathroom with a large tiled walk-in shower and dual vanities, and private slider access to your oceanfront patio with outdoor seating.

    The first guest bedroom also features a king bed, flat-screen TV, en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and its own private patio with outdoor seating.

    The second guest bedroom offers two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and private slider access to the oceanfront patio with outdoor seating.

    Step outside to experience what truly sets this villa apart. The expansive patio spans the length of the unit and is furnished with a variety of seating options and propane grill, perfect for oceanfront dining. An outdoor spiral staircase leads to a private sun deck that also runs the full length of the villa.

    The ocean views are second to none, and you’re just seconds away from the Dunes House Oceanfront Bar and Grill. The community pool is also just steps away, making this one of the most convenient and memorable vacation spots on the island.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First lets start with the AC unit in the Family Room/Kitchen. Unit was not working. Lots of descriptions about not setting it below 70 (which we didn't), we would turn the unit off, wait awhile then turn it on, unit would cycle for less than 5 minutes then shut off. We didn't bother making a service call because they obviously know it is malfunctioning (because of the notes), but are not willing to do something about it.Next, in the kitchen cupboard close to the stove, all the glasses were covered with dust!The walk-in shower attached to the other bedroom with a king bed (not the owners suite) has black mold all around the lip above the seat.The lounge chairs on the deck are in desperate need of attention! They need to be cleaned!

The villa was very clean, updated, had vaulted ceilings that made it feel open and spacious, and my favorite is the spiral staircase outside leading up to the second floor huge balcony with really nice outdoor lounge chairs facing the ocean! It was very relaxing and I am looking forward to staying there again!

Only one of the three bathroom was very dated and in poor working order. And the upstairs deck had 2 umbrellas that were both broken plus dirty moldly seat and lounge chair cushions. Clean the cushions regularly and get new umbrellas and it would be an ideal stay!

We planned a quick trip to celebrate my husband's birthday with our family and it was the best decision to book #6 Beach Villas. The property is very well maintained and the furnishings and amenities are top notch. location at the beach and Dunes House is a big plus, as is parking and the nearby pool. Would absolutely reccomend and hope to be back in the future!

Villa fit our family well and nice house supplies given on the counter kitchen stocked with everything I needed to cook.Minor comments: outside stairs to the top patio to see the ocean as there’s a dune in front of the main level. Heat and cooling a bit touchy but there was a cold front during our stay. All Patios were very sandy so I swept them. Minor resort problem morning off checkout and resort helped and comped the 3 hours we had issue. Loved Palmetto dunes resort! Go the the old dunes house and get there fish tacos!

The person by the name of Joe was very professional, and very helpful with our reservations and the information that we need it to enjoy our vacation.And everything was so convenient from bike riding to playing golf or eating at the local restaurants are going to the beach and fishing and swimming even shopping is all right there at our convenience. We just had a great great time the family and I. So peaceful, clean and a very good atmosphere to be in. We enjoy the ocean breeze, the beautiful scenery. It’s just so much there to do and to enjoy. We stayed a week, but if we did not have other commitments, we would’ve stayed longer. We enjoyed it just that much.

Perfect location & accommodation

This oceanfront property was just perfect for my husband & I and 2 sister-in-laws/husbands. The condo itself was immaculately clean and ideal size with 3 bedrooms/bathrooms. The location was very convenient to restaurants and activities. Oceanfront with an upstairs balcony provided the ideal setting for relaxing sunrise viewing & cocktails in the evening listening to the live music at The Dunes House (which is only 2 doors down!) Definitely recommend to adult couples visiting HHI!

Two surprises - 1) was the lack of central air conditioning - the air was provided from units on the wall and 2) the beach view photo online is from an outdoor spiral staircase, no water view from the indoor living space.. A minor note - the kitchen was well appointed with good quality items. I did recommend the addition of a pitcher for tea/lemonade.
