A comfortable queen sleeper sofa adds flexibility for extra guests, while the large balcony with its own dining area invites you to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails with a view of the pool and ocean beyond. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking simple, with modern stainless appliances and seating for six, so the whole group can gather for a shared meal.

This villa's two bedrooms offer comfortable retreats for up to seven guests. The primary suite features a plush king bed, a private full size bathroom with a new walk-in shower, and its own balcony access for a quiet moment away from the group. The guest room offers a queen and twin bed combination, perfect for families or friends traveling together, with a hallway bathroom nearby for added convenience.

Step outside and immerse yourself in year round relaxation with a ton of amenities, including a zero entry heated pool, a kiddie pool, and a spa. The pool is heated during March and April, and again in October and November (dates subject to change and are outside our control), so guests visiting in the cooler shoulder months can still enjoy a comfortable swim. With direct beach access right within the community, leisurely strolls, bike rides, and even a little surfing are all part of the daily rhythm here.
