Overlooking the Fazio Golf Course in Palmetto Dunes, this spacious, newly-updated townhouse is ready to be your next home-away-from-home for your vacation to Hilton Head Island. Prepare your favorite recipes in the full, well-equipped kitchen, and then enjoy them together in the adjacent dining area with seating for six. The warm and inviting living area features comfortable furnishings and gives access to the covered, furnished deck. A sofa bed is included in its own room for an additional sleeping option.

And when it's time to cool off, guests will enjoy access to two shared complex pools and an outdoor shower.

Palmetto Dunes is a gated mid-island community within a mile of dining, shopping, and marina activities at Shelter Cove. You'll have direct access (fee to use) to three world-class golf courses, an award-winning tennis center, pickleball courts, an 11-mile lagoon system for kayaking and canoeing, and miles of biking and walking trails.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The property was nice and perfect location. 10 minute walk to Palmetto Beach and the free Buggy service pick up was awesome. Loved the view of the backyard, nice patio and roomy inside. My only complaint is that I called Vacasa management every single day for the dishwasher not working and every day was promised someone was coming to fix it and on the last day of our trip they send someone when we weren’t there and supposedly fix it! The dishwasher was old and stinky and didn’t work! I washed dishes by hand every single day of my vacation 😡 They need to clean it a bit more, shower curtain was gross and changed every so often. They give you enough bath towels but not so much kitchen towels. The appliances need an upgrade and the tvs are small but we didn’t care cause we spent our time outdoors. Overall, it was very nice and it could have been perfect if I didn’t spent my time calling the unresponsive management.

Great stay. Great accomadations.

Awesome place. Has literally everything you need. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen with pots, pans, plates, dishes, pans, utencils. Coffee makers, keurig. 3 TVs. Fully furnished living room, dining room. 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms upstairs; 1 bathroom & 1 office room w fold out sofabed downstairs. Just bring beach towels and groceries. Beach is an easy short walk. Other beaches are short drive. Pool is just steps from the front door. Clean, modern villa. We all loved it and wouldn't hesitate a second to stay there again. Only thing they need is handicap/wheelchair access..

Clean, neat, large overlooking golf course

We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our own spaces but then come back together for games and meals. We stayed busy on property riding bikes, taking walks, playing golf, and using the pool. Our villa was very clean and close to everything. We could walk to the beach in less than 10 mins or ride our rented bikes in just a few mins. Very highly recommend this property. Everything in the kitchen you could need. Just bring your own groceries.

Spacious Place

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was big and there was plenty of space for our kids to play. The downstairs office room was nice to have as an option as an extra bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked and living room was a fun and comfortable place to hang out as a family.

Sweet Stay

Didn’t want to leave! Lovely home.

Loved this place! It was clean, homey and the location was perfect. Steps (literally) from the pool. Close to the main Road William Hilton pkwy, so everything was easy to get to. We did have to navigate to get to the beach, but doable on bikes. There was a closet full of beach toys and chairs, which was a nice surprise. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room to get away. Kitchen loaded with everything you would need. No issues with anything! Thank you for another great week at my happy place.

Check in/out procedures were efficient. The unit was clean and the personal hygiene resources were appreciated. The visitor center staff were competent and friendly. The weather was super. Could play golf off-island until Dolphin opened on Oct. 31. The damage by the hurricane was obvious, but a lot of clean up and staging of downed trees and limbs was done quickly. There is much more to do. Our guests and our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fazio.

Spacious and clean

This condo is very spacious. In addition to 3 bedrooms upstairs there is a front room. The living room and dining room are a nice size as well. Possible improvement would be to get a king mattress in the master bedroom and bunk beds in the front room to replace the pull out couch. The community is great with access to a pool, tennis and golf. Walking/riding distance to the beach.

Satisfied and Happy

The Townhouse we rented for my son's wedding was spacious, modern, clean, and smelled good. It had plates, glasses, coffee mugs, and silverware. TV' and WIFI performance was excellent. The bedrooms/bathrooms were more than adequate. So nice, the wedding photographer used the townhouse and surrounding landscape for pictures. We were there for 4 days and I only regret not getting to play golf on the Fazio Course. Maybe next time. A wonderful time was had by all, and the occasion paired with the townhouse, made memories to last for years to come.
