  • Beautifully decorated and open floor concept villa is conveniently located just a few steps to the community pool pavilion, Shelter Cove Harbour Marina, as well as the endless resort amenities. You will fall in love with this coastal beach villa! Conveniently located on the first floor, this single level corner unit will have everything you need for a great vacation!

    The fully equipped kitchen has been beautifully updated and has all stainless steel appliances. There is a passthrough bar that has two stools for additional seating. There is a dining table that seats four just right off the kitchen adjacent to the living room. The bright and airy living room has plenty of comfy seating and a large smart tv.

    Extra sunlight pours in from the large bay window that allows the perfect place for creating memories. The living room features french doors that include access to the wraparound deck with a wonderful view of the Fazio golf course. The large, private patio has plenty of seating while you enjoy meals and drinks with sweeping views of The George Fazio golf course!

    The Primary bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, a flat screen TV, and private bathroom. There is also a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room allowing up to two people to sleep comfortably.

    The beach can be easily accessed by calling the seasonal Dunes Buggy Shuttle or by biking. You are so close to everything wonderful that Palmetto Dunes has to offer: tennis, pickleball, pool, fishing , biking, kayaking, shopping and of course the beach!

We love HHI and usually stay oceanfront but of course nothing was available and this was the only thing we could find. We absolutely loved this place and look forward to staying there again. Cute back patio facing Fazio hole 14 was a nice spot to sit and watch the golfers. Location was great for bicycling to beach, all over palmetto dunes and out to the main road through the underpass. The single bedroom was large enough for us to have our child's pack-n-play set up for a toddler to sleep. The unit was furnished with everything we need. Can't wait to return.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd stay in 1971 St. Andrews. The main living area is well appointed but the master bath is in dire need of renovation. Not sure how long it was since the previous visitor but the unit could have used a freshening up, as fruit flies were all over the kitchen. Also, someone in the complex has a Doberman dog they let run free which kept me from enjoying the golf course view as he found his way to the back deck.

Reviewer Comments: St Andrews Commons is a great community within Palmetto Dunes and the location in regards to the beach, as well as other restaurants and attractions, was very convenient. The condo was very modern and attractive with a great wraparound porch located right on the golf course. We were able to easily ride our bikes to the Dunes House each day to access the beach and really enjoyed the newly renovated restaurant and bar there. Customer service was helpful and the check in/out process was seamless. We will definitely be back!
