Unwind and relax at BELLA VISTA! This professionally decorated custom home is in a premiere location of Palmetto Dunes Resort. This home boasts breathtaking lagoon and golf views along one of the widest parts of the 11-mile lagoon system and 13th fairway of the Robert Trent Jones golf course. Bella Vista offers the privacy you long for on vacation, yet still only a short walk or bike ride to the beach and amenities of Palmetto Dunes.

As you approach Bella Vista, a majestic Live Oak tree welcomes you to start enjoying the beautiful natural setting of this property. The 12 foot ceilings and oversized windows draw you into the spectacular view, one of the best views in all of Palmetto Dunes. Watch the beautiful sunrise from 3 bedroom suites or 2 covered terraces!

The first floor has an open concept great room with large eat-in kitchen and dining area, and a comfy sectional with large HDTV. With a dining table for 10, kitchen table for 6, and breakfast bar for 3, there is enough seating for everyone to gather for large family meals. There is also a second sitting/tv room for those that want to break off from the group. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you could need, even for a seafood boil. The spacious master suite on the first floor has a magnificent view, king Marriott mattress, his and her walk-in closets, a luxurious bathroom with garden tub and walk-in shower, and access to the covered back terrace. The second bedroom downstairs offers a queen Marriott bed with walk-in closet and built-in desk area. Two separate half bathrooms (one off foyer and one off side door) and spacious laundry room completes the first floor.

Just a few steps up is the kids' domain with an ensuite bunkroom. There are 2 twin over full bunks. Bathroom has tub/shower combo. Bunkroom is a great space for the kids to separate from the adults for tv, movies, and gaming.

On the second floor, you'll enter a fun bonus room with large tv, pool table, and arcade game. Open the sliders to enter a great escape in the covered terrace. This bonus room separates the 2 upstairs suites, one king and one with two queens. Each suite has a magnificent view, Marriott beds, large walk-in closet and private bathroom, as well as access to the covered terrace. The upstairs terrace is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee, practice yoga, or relax with an evening cocktail.

From 3 private spacious suites to an amazing kids' room and multiple areas to spread out, Bella Vista offers plenty of room for your next multi-family beach or golf and tennis vacation! And we haven't even started on the outdoor space...

The covered terraces and multi-tier deck overlook a spacious sport pool (35 ft. long) and private dock. Come and find your favorite spot to soak in the lagoon and golf views while you enjoy all the passing wildlife. There are 2 dining tables, loungers, rockers, and a Weber grill for you to enjoy outdoor entertaining. With birdwatching, fishing, boating, and games like pool volleyball and cornhole, there is something for all ages at Bella Vista. A single kayak is available for guest use. Additional kayaks/canoes may be rented from Hilton Head Outfitters.

We loved our stay. It was our second time staying at this place and find it to be the perfect location if not able to be on the beach, it’s very close. The grandkids loved fishing from the dock, canoeing, kayaking, and the pool. Upstairs pool table and games were a hit with them also.

Spring Break

The property and home is beautiful!! Well equipped kitchen and all the comforts of home. The view from the rooms is peaceful and full of nature. The pool was perfect to keep the kids occupied. Our host was quick to respond to all concerns. We would love to visit again!!

Great spacious house - more than enough!

Wonderful view of lagoon while you sit by the pool. We barely made it to the beach one time. The pool setting made it unnecessary. The rooms were spacious with lots of bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed from pots and pans to colanders and cooking tools. Hardwood floors showed some wear in the kitchen but it did not affect our stay. We loved the very large 10 seat dining table and the covered patio and chairs. The pool had more than enough pool toys We would stay here again.

Perfect getaway for friends and family

The house was beautiful, well equipped, very spacious so everyone could spread out. View was amazing, short walk to the beach and close to everything. We did a day in Savannah, a day in Charleston, 2 pool/beach days, bike day and a golf day. Great vacation

Fantastic place to stay

We had 13 people in our family group and the place was very spacious. Plenty of pots and pans in the kitchen for cooking for large groups. The pool and outdoor area was amazing and we really enjoyed it. Owner was in constant contact with us about any concerns. I would definitely recommend this home

Great House

Bella Vista

Bella Vista is all that and more! We had an awesome week enjoying this beautiful home! It was well-equipped, spacious, clean, beautiful view, nicely decorated, comfortable and so many extras. Whenever we went on an outing, our three year old grandson kept saying he wanted to go back to the hotel. This is the perfect vacation home!

Excellent location and beautiful house

I highly recommend this house to any adults or families looking to stay in Hilton Head. The house is extremely spacious and in a great location. The pool overlooks a lagoon and golf course, which offers a beautiful view all throughout the house. 5/5 recommend!

We had an outstanding stay at Bella Vista. We ran out of days to enjoy everything there was to make the trip so special. Best VRBO I have ever rented and would definitely like to go back. The hosts were superb and responsive and the house accommodated our group easily with its spacious rooms and living spaces. I highly recommend this property!

Our recent stay was absolutely perfect! The location, amenities, house, and communication with the owner were exactly as they are described. Last minute getaway!

The house is located in one of the most scenic residential areas on the island offering great views from almost every room. The open concept main living area is spacious and well furnished and the kitchen is also spacious and very well equiped. Ladies Tennis Trip

This house was amazing! Great communication from the very beginning. She made this process extremely easy. The house was well stocked & clean. What a beautiful setting. It sits on a lagoon with an incredible pool. We used the grill to grill out one night. Lots of space for everyone. A short walk to the beach and close to many good restaurants. This property was perfect for our needs. We had 6 adults and five children, 3 and under, All rooms, including bedrooms and baths, were very roomy. Plenty of space for everyone to find a niche. The property was VERY clean and well supplied. Had so many thoughtful amenities. One party member said they should change the description to.....just bring clothes! Location was great, five minutes to the beach, bike trails close by. It was located on a very quiet street. Would definitely rent this property again.

Perfection

From start to finish, we had an incredible stay at this sunny and beautiful Palmetto Dunes home. Adults of all ages, teens and a tween couldn't get enough of the arcade games and basketball; we enjoyed the fully stocked and supremely organized kitchen, and appreciated an easy walk to the beach... even for the grandparents in 70s and 80s. Plenty of lovely space inside and out... sun or shade, whatever you want. Our host Joanna was welcoming and responsive... you can't go wrong with this one! If I had one tiny nit, it would be there wasn't a pool heater, but we didn't let it dampen our time. A true gem... would love to rent again and again!

Great Family House

My husband and I spent a week at Bella Vista with our 3 adult kids and 2 grandchildren (2 months and 2 years). The house was perfect! The bedroom/bathroom layout allowed us to spread out and have our own space when needed. The pool was a big hit with everyone, especially the 2 year old. There were plenty of lounge chairs, umbrellas and pool toys and the view from the pool was beautiful. We even saw an alligator off the dock! We cooked many of our meals at the house and found everything we needed in the kitchen; it was very well equipped. The walk to the beach was easy and there were plenty of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and a wagon in the garage to make it even more enjoyable. Joanna was easy to reach and responded quickly to any questions we had. It was a wonderful week and I would definitely choose Bella Vista again!

Family & Friends Beach trip!

This house is great and we would definitely stay there again. Perfect for a large group. Only downside is one of the main bedrooms doesn’t have an attached bathroom but the other three large bedrooms each have their own bathroom. The pool is awesome for playing pool games or just floating. Plenty of floats and toys for the pool. There’s a space for everyone. The kitchen is very large and easy for food prepping. Loved having an ice machine we used it to fill coolers for the beach and drinks all week! The multiple decks were great for getting some shade or watching the sunrise or a summer storm. Beautiful views of the golf course. Easy walk or bike ride to the beach. One thing we were surprised about regarding the neighborhood is that there are zero street lights so be sure to get back to the house before dark if on foot or biking as it’s very difficult to see or cars to see you. We would get lights or the bikes next time. Owners very accessible for any questions!!

Better than expected!

The one thing you are truly going to hate about this house is leaving it!! Beautiful interior with beachy decor. Plenty of room for the teens/young adults and the “old folks” to spread out. The sport pool was fun and plenty of volleyball was played. We knew from the photos it would be a great house, but the extras made our stay that much better. With 13 people in the house it was a blessing to find an extra refrigerator and freezer in the garage. And then to find that beach towels, a canoe, a kayak, beach chairs, boogie boards, a wagon, bocce and corn hole were also right there in the garage available for guests to use was beyond fantastic! The beach is about a 10 minute walk and about a 2 minute bike ride. Very easy to get to. Beach was never crowded. The resort is BIG. This house is pretty far from the entrance-but that actually turned out to be a blessing. It is on a quiet loop and there isn’t any through-traffic. Despite the impending tropical storm, the weather was pretty good and we took advantage of the beach, the bike trails, the pool and just being outside playing games. I would rent this house again in a heartbeat! The hosts are accessible and lovely to deal with.

This property exceeded all of our expectations. Every guest in our group was thrilled with the accommodations. The sleeping arrangements were perfect — the kids absolutely loved the bunk beds, and the adults appreciated the spacious bedrooms with stunning views of the pool and lagoon.The kitchen had everything we needed and more/ We cooked most of our meals there and had plenty of space to prep and serve. The breakfast nook table was a bonus. We covered it with brown paper for the kids to do arts and crafts and even used it for a fun seafood boil night.The outdoor space was beautiful and peaceful. We were lucky enough to see an eagle land in the backyard! The pool was a hit with all ages, and while we didn’t see any alligators this time, we enjoyed the serene views.The beach was just as amazing as always, and while the walk wasn’t too bad, we were glad to have a wagon for the little ones. We also enjoyed using the canoe (even though the fish weren't biting), and our oldest grandson proudly caught a crab off the dock.We did most of our meals at home, but the nearby lunch spots were convenient and tasty.All in all, an incredible stay. We’d absolutely return and highly recommend this property for families or groups looking for a relaxing beach getaway.
