Super nice and updated villa! Brand New King Bed! This unit is in ocean front complex and has ocean views from the living room and balcony! Newer paint throughout, sleeper sofa with 5 inch memory foam mattress, leather recliner, updated backsplash tile, ceiling fans also has an updated bathroom and kitchen, Keurig, flat screen T.V.'s in bedroom and living room. Very comfortable KING bed in open bedroom and there is lots of storage, fully equipped kitchen, newer heating and air unit as well as ceiling fans in bedroom and living room. This unit also has a very nice balcony with outdoor seating and GREAT views of the ocean! There are elevators through out complex as well as laundry facilities on each level. There is a very large private pool with sun loungers, tables and umbrellas. This is a SECURE gated complex. You have direct access to the beach on a boardwalk, with outdoor showers. There is a newer ocean front sundeck with lounge chairs and a nice swing! BBQ and picnic area are available for your use and have been expanded and are cleaned everyday! Nice place … just 1 thing would have made a 5 star
The property was in great shape, clean, well equipped, and great location. The only negative that kept it from being 5 stars was the air conditioner. The cooling unit is wall mounted in the living room making it impossible to regulate the temperature throughout the condo. You were either too hot in the bedroom if someone adjusted temperature for living room or cold in living room if you set temperature to cool bedroom. Couldn’t make everyone happy.

So appreciative of the bikes and beach chairs that came with the rental. Also loved that we didn’t drive anywhere for the entire 3 day visit. Everything we needed was in (close) walking or biking distance. Bed was comfortable too with a clean comforter

This cozy condo was on the beach so access was easy. Beach was not crowded at this location, which we liked. The condo was perfect for a couple, but would be too small to fit in another person on the sleeper sofa. We would stay here again.

I didn’t like the hosts inability to work with me when a hurricane was about to hit the island. Even though there was risk of flooding and our flight was cancelled, Vrbo and the host refused to cancel our trip and offer a refund.

Great beach condo for 2 people
Great for two people. Says 4 people but it would be very tight. Small issue locking door during checkin but quickly rectified. Only bad issue was the AC didn’t seem to reach the bed which made a good sleep challenging they do give a fan which helped.

The property location is excellent, easy walk to beach and bikes could be used to visit stores and dining experiences. Only issue is air conditioner doesn’t quite reach the bedroom but there is a fan which helped. Would stay here again

While the condo is very small and somewhat cramped, all the essentials are readily available. One important note: we did not do any cooking during our stay as there are many excellent restaurants nearby. Everything was clean, neat, and well organized. We especially loved the balcony (every condo has an ocean view!) and the new bikes.

We had a wonderful stay! The building was quiet, just steps from the beach, and close to all of the restaurants and shops. The beach was beautiful. The balcony was great for listening to the waves and enjoying an ocean view. Lori was extremely responsive. We would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful condo!
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay In this cute little beach condo. The condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. Communication from the owner about check-in, directions, gate codes, door codes, bikes, etc. was outstanding. We had no issues with any of that. It is a small condo so what really stood out to me is how they made the best use of the space. There was plenty of shelving and hanging space in the closets so we could both unpack our bags. There were two deep drawers in the bathroom, so we were also able to unpack our bathroom items. I hate the disorganization of living out of a suitcase and I did not have to do that here. There were two large nightstands in the bedroom, rugs on each side of the bed and even an electrical strip so we could plug in our cell phones and a fan. In this condo, there was literally a place for everything. Even the beach chairs that the owner kindly provided were hanging neatly on racks on the balcony. We enjoyed using the bikes every day. It was a 5 minute bike ride to Coligny Plaza where lots of restaurants and shops are located. The door to the condo had a keypad so we didn’t have to keep up with a door key or card. The grounds and the rest of the building were immaculately maintained and it was nice to be able to park under the building. I can’t say enough good things about this condo. It was absolutely wonderful and we hope to stay in it again. Thank you Scott and Lori!
