Create incredible beach memories with friends or family in this centrally located, yet quiet property on Lighthouse Road. Just a short 7-8 minute walk to the beach, and right on the trolley stop, this newly remodeled villa offers an open floor plan with a lovely screened in porch with golf view. Lovely updates and newer appliances and furniture all make this property comfortable and enjoyable.

As with all of our properties, enjoy amenities like two free bikes for exploring the over 20 miles of Sea Pines bike paths, many shaded and with low intensity lighting for riding at night--These go just about everywhere in SeaPines. We also include a free fitness center pass for everyone, with access to free tennis at South Beach, and free WIFI.
The villa features a first floor master bedroom suite, TV's in all bedrooms, large dining table for enjoying meals together, new furniture in the living room and much more. This villa is pet friendly, but please note that we have a pet fee. Please be sure your pet is listed in the guest count as you book so that your quote will be accurate.

Please note this property does not have a neighborhood pool. Pool access is through the newly remodeled South Beach Pool, located 3 miles from the villa by the marina. Passes are $125 for a family weekly pass. Daily and individual passes are available. For details and to register visit southbeachpool.com.

Check in is a breeze as we mail your SeaPines vehicle pass and door code ahead of your arrival, eliminating the need to wait in line and stop at security. Simply drive right in, park in front, and head for the beach, relax and enjoy!

This villa was absolutely perfect! It had the best equipped kitchen I have ever seen in a vacation rental and the screened in porch was a great place to hang out and enjoy our morning coffee or have lunch. It was close to the beach and quiet and had everything we needed for our week- beach towels, chairs and bikes. We would book this unit again in a heartbeat. The host was also quick to respond when we had a question.

Spotless, Spacious, and So Relaxing – Loved the Screened Porch!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo. It was extremely clean and felt fresh and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed and more—plenty of space for cooking and gathering, plus top-of-the-line appliances that made meal prep a breeze. The common area was perfect for our group of six, with comfortable seating and a great layout for relaxing together. One of our favorite spots was the screened-in porch—such a peaceful place to unwind after a day at the beach. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Great Dog Friendly Stay in Hilton Head

Location couldn't be beat. Property, for being dog friendly was in excellent shape. Layout was great with master suite down and 2 bedrooms with bath up. We would definitely stay there again. My only issue is that I emailed the property managers to let them know that the Keurig machine was broken but never heard back. It wasn't an issue because there was a traditional coffee maker in the well stocked kitchen, but I would have appreciated a response.

Great stay in Sea Pines

We just spent 2 weeks in this great condo in Sea Pines. For some in our group, it was their first visit to Hilton Head. Others had been several times . The location was great - near everything, especially the beach, bike and running trails. Two bikes were nicely included with the rental. We also brought our dog- which we very much appreciated. The condo looked out back onto the Atlantic Dunes golf course which was very nice. There is also a great sun/ shade porch, which we didn’t use a ton - but would be a fantastic spot in the summer/ warmer weather. The condo was very nicely appointed with a very nice kitchen, new appliances, and lots of kitchen basics, pots and pans, etc. The layout was great and very comfortable - master bedroom, sunporch, spacious family room and laundry all on the first floor . The two other bedrooms and bathroom were great and gave everyone a nice amount of room to spread out in when our grown kids were there visiting. We loved the Sea Pines area location - so easy to ride bikes to South Beach, Coligny, Harbor town and tennis, pickle, and many many restaurants. Highly recommend this rental- and Jessica was very helpful and responsive leading up to and during our trip. Thank you!

Summer 2024 Vacation (Unit 31)

Had a great yet abbreviated getaway to Hilton Head. The accommodations were “as-promised” and the rental managers delivered as promised (once again) as this was the 2nd time renting from them. Jessica and team do a great job and provide a phenomenal experience. I highly recommend their properties! Pros: Great location Lot’s of room Great kitchen remodel & open to living area (easy to feed the crew & not be isolated in a kitchen like unit 33) Plenty of supplies like pots/pans/etc. 5 minute bicycle ride to the beach Negatives: AC took awhile to get temp down from set point of 76F AC was noisy in the master bedroom 3 seasons room not inhabitable during this summer heat (lol). Needs some mold removal in the upstairs shower area Master bathroom toilet seat needs replaced Note: regarding AC, I am super hot natured & like it cold so it is probably fine for 70% of the people

Great property!

We loved our stay! It was super comfortable for our family and conveniently located to the beach. The check-in process was seamless and the property had everything we needed for a great vacation! The hosts even left us a bottle of wine which we found thoughtful and very much appreciated. Our only complaint is that the property could have been cleaner. On the first day we let our toddler run around barefoot and his little feet were black after a couple of hours. We just kept everyone in shoes or socks after and it was fine. Everything else seemed clean!

Great location!

Great location. We had a wedding in Harbourtown so the location was perfect. The condo was very nice and suited our needs. Only thing we found not as clean as we would have hoped. But really compared to everything else about the place we adapted to it. Thanks for a great stay !!

Family Vacation - First Time at Hilton Head

The villa was in a great location and very clean. Perfect for our family. Very pet friendly. Close to beach, club house, fitness center, restaurants and golf clubs. Convenient to walk to the beach club with beach access. Very safe being in a gated community. Short drive to Harbourtown, Salty Dog Cafe, Coligney Beach and shops and many restaurants. Overall, wonderful stay and would book in this villa again. Thank you to the owners for the complimentary wine bottle upon arrival. Very nice surprise.

We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head again! Even though the weather was hot and sunny it was comfortable and perfect for bike riding. The condo was perfectly located in the middle of Sea Pines so we had not trouble going anywhere we wanted. The hosts provided a very clean unit with a nice welcome gift. They were also so kind to return a "night retainer" that was left on the sink when we checked out.

A great stay!

The vacation that we had in this house was amazing! The location in Sea Pines is terrific and close to many amenities such as horseback riding, jetskis, lots of golf courses, and several fantastic restaurants. The hosts were also very kind to provide everything that we needed at the house. The bikes were a great touch!

Spacious Condo

The condo is spacious and was a nice respite for my husband and dog. Kitchen is well- stocked and served all of our needs. The owners were easy to work with- was able to check-in early and surprised us with a bottle of wine! How nice. One thing needs attention and that is both couches have broken springs which made the family room alittle uncomfortable otherwise we would highly recommend!

We had a great week at Sea Pines. Loved everything, the beach, bike & walking paths, all nooks of Sea Pines, restaurants, golf, and ice cream. Jessica was wonderful to communicate with. Hope to return and recommend to other families.

Accomdating

Property was nice and great that it accommodated our dog. Unit itself could use some updating. Bedding seemed old. Wasn’t really happy with sea pines. Dog couldn’t go to Salty Dog which was a bummer. Pool at the harbor didn’t seem that great and gym was old equipment. We couldn’t really walk to the beach with two little ones and a ton of stuff. Could t park at the beach house so we had to drive and drop off. The condo served its purpose and we still had a great vacation.

Great beach week

I love this property, however when we arrived the fridge was not working . I called the property manager and got a response right away. She was aware this was an issue with the previous tenant but thought it was fixed . There were 2 small fridges for use in the kitchen area. I was advised the fridge could not be fixed for 5 days, however, it was fixed within 2 days of our stay ! Over all great property near the beach - easy walk or bike ride ! Manager was responsive to the issue at hand
