The open concept floor plan provides an excellent space for entertaining. The living area is comfortably furnished with a sleeper sofa, standard sofa, two chairs and a wall mounted Smart TV and access to the private porch area. The porch is outfitted with a dining table and chair set, gas grill and fantastic views of the golf course.

The dining area seats 8 comfortably with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen bar. A desk area has been added just off the dining room for added convenience. The kitchen has been plenty of counter space, custom cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is also outfitted with high-end amenities, such as a Keurig Duo, food processor and stemware. The first level also has a renovated powder room.

Both bedrooms and bathrooms will be found on the 2nd floor. Most photos to come of these rooms and bathrooms as the renovations near completion! The main bedroom features a king bed, and the guest bedroom will have a queen size bed, as well as a twin bed with a trundle. Both bedrooms feature Smart TVs and walk-out decks as well.

The Shipmaster area of Shipyard is only a leisurely 15-minute walk or bike ride on the scenic bike paths to the beach. This community has an on-site pool and free tennis. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
