The living room, decorated in tans and reds, consist of a wrap-around sectional sofa, a single comfy armchair, a cozy window seat, a flat screen television, and a contemporary coffee table. A French door provides an escape from the living room on to the porch where a view of the lush landscape is sure to calm your spirits and erase your worries.

The kitchen is designed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and one of a kind custom cabinetry for you to embrace your cooking skills and create gourmet meals. The dining room offers seating for six and features casement windows with stained glass that provide additional lighting when the sun radiates through them.

The spacious master bedroom decorated to be your tropical escape, has a king bed, a mounted flat screen television, access to the outdoor deck, and a stylish bathroom with custom cabinetry and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a king-size bed and a full size tub. Spiral stairs lead up to the loft, where you will find a twin-size trundle (twin over twin) for additional sleep space.

This Palmetto Dunes villa is located in St. Andrews Commons just inside the desirable Palmetto Dunes Ocean Front Resort. The community features an on-site pool open April through September and is a short 1.2-mile bike ride to the beach or an easy half-mile walk to the Palmetto Dunes General Store. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Palmetto Dunes Hilton Head is an oceanfront resort that stretches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts, to the bikeway under the William Hilton Parkway that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina and Towne Centre.

Located mid-island on 2,000 acres of lush island landscapes, Palmetto Dunes boasts one of the East Coast's premiere beaches, championship golf and tennis, and miles of bike and walking trails in a tranquil setting. A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.

Palmetto Dunes is a secured community, please specify the number of security gate passes that are needed at the time of booking your reservation. Passes are charged per car per week. 2 cars max.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

Welcome to St Andrews Commons, Hilton Head Island! A motion activated security arm has been installed at the property entrance to ensure orderly vehicle and bicycle traffic. It is important to approach the arm slowly until activation occurs and the lighting on the arm changes from red to green. A line of cars and bicycles will be able to proceed through the gate without waiting for it to recycle. Please use care when approaching and proceeding through the gate.
