"It needs to be cleaner I had to wipe every surface with Lysol wipes and alcohol bath, smells unpleasant and very loud unfortunately I not enough insulation on the windows and under doors, I was out of town and decided to stay there and honestly I didnt like it "

"Bathroom sink was very small and shower was worn and old. There was no hot water for showering. Barely warm temperature all 3 days. The lighting was very dim. Would be nice to have better lighting over long mirror. No handheld mirror in bathroom. Staff was very welcoming and friendly when checking in. "

"Very run down - reminded me of a nursing home in the hallways. Might be okay in the main building but avoid the garden tower completely. Bathroom shower floor was stained black with dirt. We wore shoes in the shower. Would never stay here again. Bus service was okay but often leaves early so just be aware and always be at stop at least 5 minutes early. "

"The floor was dirty. As soon as we walked on it our feet were dirty. It had not been mopped or was mopped with dirty water. The shower had containers for body wash and shampoo, but the shampoo container did not work. Hall carpets were dirty, ragged and in need of replacement. Overall the building was in need of work. "

The primary bedroom lights and electrical outlets were not working, and the refrigerator was also not functioning properly, which made food storage difficult. We also encountered some bugs inside the home.While the property appeared generally clean, there were a few areas that needed more attention. Communication with the owner did happen, but responses were slower than we would have hoped given the issues.I hope these items are addressed, as the home has potential to provide a much better experience.We requested for a partial refund but no response."
