"I couldn’t leave any other reviews because unfortunately I didn’t stay overnight here due to them overbooking my room and not letting me know ahead of time. Even though I called earlier that day (after messaging them through the Hotels app) and spoke to front desk asking if it was ok that I checked in after Disneyland closed and they told me yes, and they would leave a note in my file. Getting to the hotel shortly after 11pm, I did the entire check in process, paid for my 1king bed suite, and initialing paperwork I saw they had me in a 2 double bed room. I asked if this was correct because I booked a king with sofa bed suite for my 3 kids husband and myself. The front desk told me that was not what they had for me, and after further investigation saw that someone from the hotel staff just switched my room and didn’t communicate that with me before hand. Even when I called the hotel earlier and gave them my name, even when they did the switch, they should have called, and no one alerted me. Front desk apologized and said this was 100% the hotels fault and gave me the Manager, Rosie’s, direct line. They would be issuing me a refund since they could not accommodate me and my stay. They also charged me a king suite price for a double bed room, which I don’t believe is right either. I tried calling the hotel yesterday because I saw that the charge did in fact go through and the extension provided was saying it was invalid. Horrible experience and has now unlocked a new fear for me"

"MOLD, ACTIVE LEAK and BUGS! Wall that connects the bathroom and laundry squishy and wet. Mold on the backside of the wall in laundry and in all crevices of the shower. Large black trash bag collecting the leak water outside from a pipe. The trundle bed was broken when pulled out and sank. Hair all over! Bathroom, trundle, seat padding for the kitchen. No washcloths provided, no linens for additional bedding, no pillows. No instructions for mini splits. TV didn’t work at all. No WiFi instructions. Contacted guest about mold and she tried to say that there was a roof leak awhile back but remediation was done. You can see the HUGE sunken in and squishy wall with active mold running up the wall in multiple places. Owner was terrible. Asked me to text directly with photos and when I did so, didn’t acknowledge anytime but only said the bed was not like that before. HORRIBLE! Horrible layout, large ugly furniture and DANGEROUS air quality. Also we were blocked in one day by another one of her renters and she didn’t respond for 7 hours! DO NOT rent this place! MOLD!! I spent almost 2.5 hours on the phone with VRBO about it and they refunded some but not sure that they care about the safety of their customers as the place is still available to rent. Horrible place, horrible owner and awful communication! You have been warned!"

"It needs to be cleaner I had to wipe every surface with Lysol wipes and alcohol bath, smells unpleasant and very loud unfortunately I not enough insulation on the windows and under doors, I was out of town and decided to stay there and honestly I didnt like it "

The shower had containers for body wash and shampoo, but the shampoo container did not work. Hall carpets were dirty, ragged and in need of replacement. Overall the building was in need of work. "
