"This is a very nice property. When I arrived the lobby was full and busy. I had a security thing that I brought with me that break at 3am. I don’t know if someone was trying to get in the room at not it was no reason for it to break. It freaked me out so I thought I could get a refund for the unused days but nope. Going through anything but the hotel itself mean you get no refund. However I didn’t care I had to leave for safety issues. Plus I think I was the only one on the 18th floor. The hotel was beautiful however I am one and done. "

"The breakfast menu was excellent. The hotel had a small pool and gym in a nice location. The room was clean and well-equipped with a refrigerator, coffee machine, and microwave. The bathroom was luxurious with Crab Tree The staff was friendly, and it was close to everything. However, there was no jacuzzi. We enjoyed the welcome reception with finger foods. We would definitely book this hotel again if we return to Chicago."

"Gorgeous lobby but packed with people and very loud. Room was extremely spacious but needed a fresh coat of paint. Bathrooms were small. Water pressure was low and bath towels were poor quality. "

"Great location right off of Michigan Ave. They have a very good breakfast, that included almost everything you could want. It was very popular and packed with people. One negative, it felt like it was a cafeteria and not a relaxing place to sit down, relax and enjoy."
