"Great staff clean rooms"

"The door lock was not easy got locked out many times. There were three guests and we were left with three towels and three wash clothes for an entire week stay. No basic stuff like salt and pepper for plastic wrap or foil. No large bowls to make anything in. Two pans. There were lamps with no where to plug in. We don't have outlets to plug phones and stuff in. We had to buy extension cords. 4 hangers in the closet. Furniture layout was crowed. On the positive side. Place was very conveniently...

"It's a great place to stay, honestly, the hosts are nice and there to help you as well.The place is big, it has good A/C, and lots of space for different activities.Finally, there's lots of parking available in case you are using a car."

"Overall communication and assistance was great. The couch was advertised as being a pullout but it wasn't. Parking was only available on the street so we always had to park two streets over which was a huge inconvenience. Otherwise everything was great."
