"It was a clean room and comfortable mattrees. We like it that there is a microwave and fridge in the room; good complimentary continental breakfast. We would like to especially acknowledge the lady working in the breakfast area. She was very pleasant and attentive to guests, a good way to start our day."

"Everything was great. From arriving to leaving. The only one issue was, we had to lower our loud music. Didnt think our room neighbors would hear it. But they did. After that we were cautious even with the tv. That Downtown Chicago view never disappoints. Loved that we had a corner room. It just doubled the view. The staff at the main lobby, were also great. Loved the chicken wings. Pool area was big and cleaned. Glad we got to have a nice dip. All in all my wife and I really enjoyed celebrating our 20th anniversary. "
