"Absolutely love the cottage! Has everything needed to enjoy some time exploring Northern areas of England. Sophie is wonderful and responsive - and has a delightful family, who we got to meet. I would highly recommend staying at the cottage. Lambs and horses about the Farm, beautiful country side and towns and everything you could need in a self-catering spot. Can't say enough!"

"The property is situated in a lovely, peaceful spot. On Friday night when we arrived, sat having drinks in the garden we were lucky enough to see a mother deer and her fawn skipping up the fields behind us. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed, large spacious bedrooms and a lovely hot tub. We had lunch in the dog and gun pub just up the road and the food was delicious. "I booked this property and paid direct to the property. I received confirmation of payment by email. I drove to the property expecting a code for the key box. I did not get one. I tried phoning the letting company, no response, email no response, what'sapp no response. I contracted Hotels.com who also pursued. no response. I have lost my money and had to find alternative accomodation at a higher cost. do NOT book to stay at this property. it is a scam "

"The property was in a great location and the appartment was spotlessly clean and modern. The only thing we were disappointed with was the seating in the lounge which was a 2 seater and 2 casual kind of chairs which made it not as comfortable as can be. The double beds seemed to be smaller than a standard size too. I would definitely book this property again if the seating was a 3 seater or 2 x 2 seaters. "

"Just returned from a 3 night stay at Hazels House and I can definitely say we will be staying here again. The house was perfect for our family and pooch. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and was just like home from home. Had everything we needed for a perfect stay from coffee and tea bags and even dog treats etc. Loved the garden area just a shame we didn't have the weather to spend a lot of time to sit out there!... Can't wait for our next visit, Thank you "
