"The hotel is at a great location with walking distance to many attractions and restaurants, room size is good and clean. Must say the staff are excellent, especially the cleaning staff are amazing - one day we went back to hotel while they're cleaning our room, and they quickly finished and apologized to us for waiting, we felt sorry to have rushed them. Only wish the beds are bigger. The only awkward thing is you need to take an elevator from ground to 1st floor, then take another elevator to your room. Lots of families with kids stay at this hotel."
