Great stay at Urbain!

We had a great stay at Urbain. It was conveniently located by the train station and many restaurants. The space was small but comfortable with all the amenities we need. The welcome (non-alcoholic) drinks in the afternoon were well appreciated.

Excellent Service & Value

Excellent service and a great breakfast buffet at a great price. A smoking hotel so residual smoke smell in the room is expected and just took about a day to clear out using the AC and air freshener provided.

At best, adequate. This hotel is in need of a makeover. Worn stained carpets in hallways. Functional but unpleasant bathroom. Adequate breakfast that doesn't meet Japanese hotel standards. Staff was wonderful.

入浴の際、まだ使用していないのに、髪の毛が壁に2本ほどついていました。 清掃がいき届いていないなと、残念な気持ちになりました。 また、深夜0時過ぎていましたが、隣の方の話し声が聞こえて、なかなか眠れませんでした。 壁が薄いのか、物音はよく響きます。
