"Otele 3 gece konaklamak için geldik. Otele girişimiz gece 01:00 gibi oldu. Rezervasyonumuz otelde gözükmediğinden dolayı resepsiyondaki ilgili kişi de gece kimse giriş yapmayacağı için uyumaya gitmiş. Girişte bir adam vardı (sanırım otel bekçisi) resepsiyonisti çağırmaya gittiğinden 20 dk oturup gelmesini bekledik. Geldiğinde ise rezervasyonumuz gözükmediğini söyledi. Mailimden rezervasyon onayını gösterdikten sonra odamıza aldı. Odaya girdiğimizde hayal kırıklığına uğradık. 2 tekli yatağı...
