Our check-in experience was good, and the staff we met initially were welcoming. Unfortunately, our stay was let down by a serious hygiene concern and the response we received.
The electric kettle in our room was metal, and when we checked inside, we found that it was rusty. We had wanted to use it to heat something for our young child, so we called reception and asked for it to be replaced. "Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour au Carrington Suites. La chambre était propre, jolie et confortable. L’hôtel est très classe, calme et reposant, parfait pour passer un séjour agréable. Il y a quelques commerces et restaurants aux alentours, ce qui est pratique. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et nous reviendrons avec plaisir."

"Overall a good stay, super friendly staff and a good sized room. Very well priced for food and drinks which were tasty and good portions. Only thing I would say is during busy periods there needs to be more sun beds or staff should remove towels from beds if people aren’t there for 30 mins or over (as stated in a sign by the pool). Would definitely come back!!"

"Staff was nice and the pool area was nice. However it was hands down the worst beds we have ever slept in. You could feel the metal coils in your hips and back - it was awful. You only get one pillow per person so no extra pillow to put under your hips. No top sheet or duvet - just a rough thin coverlet. We were in so tired and in so much pain from tossing all night and lack of sleep the next day. When using the shower the shower head and holder was plastic - it was broken and fell and hit my...
"Frühstück war eine Frechheit jemanden sowas vorzusetzen, Tomaten waren zermatscht , Kaffee Instant, kein Saft. Dieses „Hotel“ werde ich niemals wieder buchen.Putzfrau war auch sehr unfreundlich."
