"Staff was nice and the pool area was nice. However it was hands down the worst beds we have ever slept in. You could feel the metal coils in your hips and back - it was awful. You only get one pillow per person so no extra pillow to put under your hips. No top sheet or duvet - just a rough thin coverlet.
