"We requested a quiet room during our stay, but unfortunately we were given a room right next to the bars. The noise late into the night made it very difficult to relax and get proper sleep. This was especially disappointing since we specifically mentioned wanting a quiet room in advance. The hotel itself was nice, but the room placement really affected our overall experience. I hope the staff pays more attention to guest requests in the future."

It took 2 hrs after 2pm checkin to get an outdated old villa which has spiral stairs and isn't safe for kids. "Das Hotel hat definitiv keine 4 Sterne verdient. Das gesamte Hotel hätte eine Renovierung notwendig, auch die Zimmer. Wir mussten zweimal darauf bestehen dass das Zimmer richtig gereinigt wird, da bei der üblichen Reinigung das Zimmer nicht gereinigt wurde. Die bettbezuge waren bei Ankunft dreckig.
