"Superior room in Block 4 overlooking main pool was a nice size, nic big walk in shower and the bed as confy enough. Room was cleaned and bed remade each day. Bar Staff were friendly and the entertainmnet did a good job of getting everyone included in nightime entertainment. All inclusive food & drinks were good. "I booked Annex room that is a modern room with a private swim out pool and upon checkin i was told the room is leaking water feom the shower and im being upgraded to a villa. It took 2 hrs after 2pm checkin to get an outdated old villa which has spiral stairs and isn't safe for kids.
